Your monthly hours cover all website work – updates, fixes, content and design changes, development and technical tasks. On-call and ad-hoc requests are drawn from the same hours, so there’s nothing extra to think about. Anything beyond your plan’s hours is simply quoted at our standard rate, and unused hours roll over for one month.
Without CarePlus the same work is billed as you go from £75 per hour.
CarePlus rolls it into one predictable monthly price at a lower effective rate handled by the team that already knows your site. The more regularly you need changes or improvements the more it saves you.

Designed per website, delivered with flexibility.
Website CarePlus is generally priced per website.
That said, we keep things practical.
If your websites are simple, lightweight and efficient to manage, we may be able to support more than one within the scope of a plan at our discretion.
Likewise, if a website has been built by a third party and is unusually bloated, unstable or difficult to maintain, the amount of work required may be higher.
Our goal is always to keep things fair, premium and low-friction while making sure we can deliver the level of service the plan is designed for.
When CarePlus may not be available immediately.
In rare cases we may decline to activate Website CarePlus until certain issues are resolved first.
This usually happens when a website is not currently in a maintainable state, for example:
- outdated WordPress core or major components
- unsupported or abandoned themes/plugins
- missing required plugin licenses
- serious technical debt or unstable site structure
- security or compatibility issues that need resolving first
If that happens, we will let you know exactly what the issue is and provide a clear plan to bring the site into a manageable state.
This protects both your website and the quality of service we provide.

Is Website CarePlus included with hosting?
Core hosting maintenance and security are included with all hosting plans. Website CarePlus is an additional service for hands-on website management, updates and improvements. Selected hosting plans include a one-off CarePlus package to get you started.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, with no long-term commitment. Annual plans run for 12 months, but if you cancel partway through we’ll refund you for the time you haven’t used charged at our standard monthly rate.
What can I use my monthly hours for?
Included hours cover all website work – content updates, layout fixes, plugin help, development tasks, technical support and on-call assistance. Anything beyond your monthly hours is quoted separately. Unused hours roll over for one month.
How do I request work?
You can submit a ticket in your client portal, or contact us by email or WhatsApp if you are on the Standard or Advanced plan.
Is this only for WordPress?
WordPress is the most common fit, but Website CarePlus can also apply to other websites, apps, APIs or scripts where ongoing management is practical and supportable.
What if my site isn’t in a maintainable state?
If your site has outdated components, missing plugin licences or significant technical debt, we may carry out remedial work before activating CarePlus. We’ll let you know exactly what’s needed and provide a clear plan.
Not sure you’ll need much?
CarePlus is best if you regularly want changes, fixes or improvements – or simply don’t want to manage them yourself. If you only need the occasional job, Lite or pay-as-you-go (from £75 per hour) may suit you better. We’ll always tell you honestly.
